Millions of Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers unable to send or receive payments
The issues are affecting mobile and phone banking customers with Lloyds Banking Group

The issues are affecting internet and phone banking customers with Lloyds Banking Group.
The banks have millions of customers between them, but it's unclear how many are affected by this glitch.
Halifax, Lloyds and Bank of Scotland confirmed on Twitter that their Faster Payments services have crashed on what is payday for many employees in the UK.
The issues have been ongoing since this morning.
The Faster Payments service allows customers to make money transfers in minutes online or by phone.
Customers are furious that they are not able to send or receive regular payments.
Some say they made duplicate payments before they realised there was an issue and are now worried that double the money will be taken from their accounts.
In response to an apology online from Lloyds bank about the issues, furious employer Katie Allday tweeted: "Can you explain that to the 50+ workers I have waiting for wages today."
Robert East added: "I’m concerned that I’ve now made the same payment twice (as I thought I’d messed it up the first time, but I hadn’t - it was your system!).
"Assuming the payments both go through then I’m going to have to hope the recipient will refund the extra one. What a pain!"
