Build-A-Bear launches two toys for £22 – but they won’t arrive in time for Christmas
You can slash the price of two cuddly creatures by almost 50 per cent if you're savvy
BUILD-A-BEAR has launched a two for £22 sale on stuffed toys - but last-minute shoppers won't get them in time for Christmas Day.
If you're savvy, you can slash the price of two cuddly creatures by almost 50 per cent, and we've revealed how to get the most value out of the deal.
The which are worth between £13.50 and £21.50 each.
You could save £21, or 49 per cent, if you buy two of the highest priced toys, which would normally cost £43.
But if you're hoping to bag some bargain toys as a last-minute Christmas present, unfortunately they won't arrive in time.
The sale is online only, and Build-A-Bear doesn't offer a "collect in store" option for pick-up today.
That means the earliest they will be shipped out to you is Thursday, even if you choose "next day delivery", because of the bank holidays.
But if time isn't an issue, the sale lasts until Christmas Day if you want to pick up some heavily reduced toys.
The deal slashes the price of two stuffed toys to just £11 each.
To get the most out of the deal, we recommend choosing two of the most valuable toys included in the offer.
Cut the price of your shopping bill
HERE's how to cut the cost of your shopping:
- Make a list of what you want to buy and do your research. Compare prices across retailers so you know who is selling it cheapest.
- Check the real RRP price. Have a scour online at what other retailers are selling the item for so you know the value of any discount you are actually getting.
- Scan the internet for vouchers and discount codes. A good way to do this is to search online, for example looking for “Argos voucher code”. There are lots of sites you can visit which host lists of codes that will work on retailers’ websites, including .
- Use a cashback website. You can also add another layer of savings to get an even better deal by shopping through a cashback site, such as TopCashback.co.uk. The site also has Black Friday bonuses, offering members even more cashback on their pre-Christmas spending.
There are three toys which are normally worth £21.50 each, including a "Migo" yeti toy from the new animated film Smallfoot.
There are also two bears from the popular collectable toy range Shopkins: "D'lish Donut" and "Shopkins Bear".
All the toys included in the deal can be customised in the Bear Builder workshop - but any clothes, shoes and other accessories will cost you extra.
Unfortunately, you can't stack the deal with any other offer on the website.
To spread some Christmas cheer, you can make a donation at the checkout to give money to children's charity Barnardo’s, both in stores and online, until December 26.

As a result of the long queues, Build-A-Bear then offered customers vouchers for free toys.
B&M also has a toy sale on at the moment with two toys for £16 - and it runs until Thursday.
And Tesco has a half-price toy sale, including Lego and LOL Surprise, running till December 27.
