Greggs will give out the pastries - which are filled with chicken breast, sage and onion stuffing, bacon and a sage and cranberry sauce - free the day before they officially return to shops priced at £1.50 on Thursday.

But they will only be available at certain locations - and only from 4pm. Here's where you can pick up a free pastry:

Once the free pasties are gone, they're gone - though you will be able to pay for one the next day if you miss out on the offer.

To get your hands on one of the treats, all you need to do is turn up at one of the stores on the list and get in the queue.

Fans are always excited to see the Festive Bake back in stores. It returns this year alongside Greggs' Christmas menu, which features a pigs in blankets baguette.

The Festive Bake is launching one day earlier than last year which should please bakery buffs.

The chain currently still has its autumn menu in stores, which features a pumpkin spice latte.
