PIECE OF CAKE

Asda is selling a unicorn WITCH cake for Halloween and it’s spooktacular

The cake serves 18 people and is covered in goulish green icing. You can already snap it up for £10 in store and online

YOU may have thought that the year of the unicorn was over but Asda has taken the trend one step further with its unicorn witch cake.

The spooky centrepiece is a twist on the supermarket's popular unicorn cake only this time it's smothered in a goulish GREEN frosting, instead of white.

The Halloween-themed madeira sponge cake is decorated with purple and orange icing, topped by an edible witch's hat.

It's big. The cake can serve up to 18 people so it's an ideal centrepiece for any Halloween party.

Each slice contains 295 calories and at £10 it's £1 cheaper than the normal unicorn cake.

Asda is now selling a colour-changing gin – but it doesn’t come cheap

Of course, it's only available for a limited time so you'll need to head to your nearest store - or order it online - before the end of the month to avoid missing out.

Tesco is also cashing in on the unicorn trend by launching a festive unicorn cake for Christmas complete with a chocolate cookie-crumb frosting.
