From spiralizers to iPads – if you’re after gadgets for your home you should check out Curry’s clearance sale
The clearance sale is available to shop online now and includes over 250 items
CURRYS PC WORLD has launched a massive online clearance sale, where you can find savings on a whole host of gadgets for your home.
We’ve had a look at some popular items and it seems you can make quite a hefty saving in comparison to other retailers.
For example, as part of the clearance sale, you can get your hands on a NOW TV Smart Box and a two month Sky Cinema Pass for £30.
Compared to Amazon, this is a 25 per cent saving as it charges £40 for the box and pass.
A pair of wireless bluetooth headphones, meanwhile, cost £14 – this is 25 per cent less than what you’d pay if you bought them online at Amazon.
You can also pick up an iPad for £279, which is a £20 saving compared to Argos and a £10 saving compared to Amazon.
In addition, the sale includes kitchen gadgets, such as a Kenwood Spiralizer that costs £15. This is a huge 70 per cent saving compared to John Lewis where the same spiralizer costs £50.
Meanwhile, a Nespresso coffee machine has been reduced to £99. On Amazon this costs a hefty £300, saving you 67 per cent.
But there are some items which you may want to shop around for.
For example a HP laptop in the clearance sale costs £320, but we found the same laptop on Amazon for £45 less at £275.
The clearance offers are available online but you’ll have to hurry if you want to pick up some bargains as it’s only available while stocks last.
Standard delivery from Currys PC World is free and will take from three to five days to be delivered.
Next day delivery costs £4 for anytime postage, or £10 if you want to specify a delivery window.
Weekend and same-day shopping costs £10.
The clearance sale isn’t available in stores.
Earlier this year the retailer was accused of misleading customers into buying an £80 HDMI cable which was exactly the same as ones that were half the price.
