Tesco is selling half price boxes of Maltesers for just £1.75 – but you’ll have to be quick
The supermarket has reduced the 360g boxes of chocolate treats to half price
CHOCOLATE lovers should check their local Tesco store for HALF PRICE boxes of Maltesers.
The offer was spotted in one Tesco store on August 31 by a user of deals site , who posted a picture that shows the boxes of chocolates being sold for £1.75.
They usually cost £3.50 for a 360g box so this is a good opportunity to stock up in time for Christmas.
Tesco has said that the offer is on until September 4 but is yet to confirm to which stores the deal is available in.
But if you're planning a shop anyway, check in store in the meantime.
You might not want to snack on too many of these though - the recommended serving size of 45g contains 23.3 g of sugar.
That is nearly your recommended sugar intake for a day, according to the NHS.
In other Maltesers news, fans of the chocolate recently spotted giant tubs being sold on Amazon.

These come in a hefty 520g party-sized bucket but don’t come cheap at £38. And that’s not including delivery charges.
This summer saw Maltesers launch Maltesers Buttons, similar to Galaxy Minstrels. We've spotted these in Asda for £1 and Sainsbury's for £2.
Poundland has also launched its own knock-off version of the treats, in a white chocolate variety.
The bargain retailer’s Malt Balls could be a good alternative for white chocolate Maltesers, which were pulled from shelves four years ago.
