SUGAR AND SPICE

Aldi is launching a pumpkin spice liqueur just in time for autumn – and we think it sounds delicious

AUTUMN is just around the corner and what better way to enjoy the colder months than with a pumpkin spiced tipple courtesy of Aldi.

The budget supermarket has brought back its Specially Selected Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream Liqueur, and you can get your hands on it from October 4.

It'll be available both in stores and online and costs £6.99 for a 70cl bottle.

The rich and creamy liqueur can be enjoyed on its own or served over over ice.

You can even add a dash to your coffee to create your own boozy pumpkin spiced latte.

The drink's unique flavour comes from a combination of spices including cinnamon and nutmeg.

Baileys also sells its own pumpkin spice liqueur which you can pick up from Ocado. But this costs £14 for a 70cl bottle - double the price of Aldi’s version.

Pumpkin spice products are becoming increasingly popular as we move into autumn.

Starbucks has just brought back its Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with a vegan friendly version.

A grande serving of the coffee was found to contain almost double your daily sugar allowance- equivalent to two Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
