Where to buy the best and cheapest gas, charcoal or disposable BBQ including Lidl, Wilko and Homebase
IT'S been a long winter but sunny weather is finally here!
Temperatures are set to soar to 28C during the bank holiday weekend as the mini-heatwave arrives.
And with the sizzling weather set to continue into next week, what better time to get out the barbie and enjoy some top-notch barbecue?
If you're in the market for a new one, we've got you covered - here are some of the best and cheapest deals and offers from the likes of Wilko, Lidl and Homebase.
Best charcoal BBQ, from £13
Keen to get a simple, no frills barbecue that still gives you that smokey BBQ flavour? Then a charcoal barbecue could be for you.
Lots of places sell charcoal barbecues - starting at a rock-bottom price of just £13 - and are ideal for moving from one place to another.
Just remember that the grills on these tend to be smaller than the larger gas and fuel barbecues, and hold less charcoal, so you'll be waiting a little longer for your burgers and sausages in the sun.
- Yellowstone Pac-Flat BBQ £12.99 from Wayfair -
This small, portable folding barbecue from Wayfair is currently on sale for just £12.99 - that's the cheapest price we could find for a charcoal barbecue.

Kembla Charcoal Barbecue, £20 from B&Q -
This portable and lightweight steel barbecue is available from the B&Q website for just £20.
The grill is 515mm wide and is 493mm deep - ideal if you're barbecuing for small group.
- Jumbuck Charcoal Kettle BBQ, £35 from Homebase -
If you're looking for a bigger barbecue, then this comes with a 54cm grill so you can get more cooking done at the same time.
The Jumbuck is slightly more expensive than the others on the list but it does come with vents that help to control the cooking temperature.
Best gas and dual fuel BBQ, from £80
If you take your barbecuing seriously, then you'll want to think about getting a gas one instead.
These barbecues run off gas and are quick to light and you can adjust the cooking temperature easily to give you that perfect taste.
Obviously, they're more expensive than charcoal ones and are heavier too - so they're not great for taking round a mate's house when the sun's out.
- 2 Burner Propane Gas BBQ, £79.99 from Argos -
If you want a gas barbecue with the convenient size of a charcoal one, this 2 burner on sale at Argos could be the one for you.
Although you can buy small, portable gas grills for between £30 and £50, this is one of the cheapest "main" barbecues.
- Outback Omega 250 2-Burner Gas BBQ, £109.00 from John Lewis -
Simple to assemble and easy to use, the Outback Omega has a Piezo ignition system, which quickly lights up the barbecue.
But it's a bit on the expensive side due to its other features like the dual-controlled aluminised burner.
- BBQ Charcoal/ Gas Grill Dual Fuel from Wilko, £160 -
If you really want to push the boat out, you might want to think about getting a dual barbecue - which gives you the choice of using gas charcoal or both.
These types of cookers can be pretty pricey - most sell upwards of £200 but budget home store Wilko is currently selling a 3 burner one for just £160.
Disposable BBQ, from £1
And of course if you're heading to the park or beach and don't fancy splashing the cash - you can pick up a disposable charcoal barbecue instead.
They'll only set you back a few quid - around £5 - but reliable
