Tiger’s former UK partner to launch new children’s toy and clothing shop named ID Kids in London next month
ID Kids currently have nearly 700 toys for under £9 available online
TIGER's former UK partner will be opening a children's toy and clothing shop in the UK next month.
The entrepreneur who brought posh pound shop company to the UK has bought the rights to sell French franchise ID Kids in the UK.
Tiger took the UK by storm by selling Danish designs at Woolworth's prices.
Now the Danish entrepreneur who opened the first Tiger shop in the UK has left the company and is looking to replicate his success with kids clothing, toys and furniture using the French brand ID Kids.
ID Kids sell own brand products at seriously cut prices.
currently ID kids have nearly 700 children's toys all available for under £8.70 (10 Euros).
Although there has been no word on UK prices yet, judging from ID Kids's website you can expect some good deals.
The French company also regularly has sales with discounts up to 70 per cent.
This boys high collar t-shirt has been reduced to just £1.56 (1.79 Euros).
Though I wouldn't bother buying online just yet as you will have to pay to ship anything you buy over from France.
ID Kids also has an online store where you reserve items online and then pick them up in-store.
The French brand even sells high-end children's items from well-known kids brands as well as their own brand products.

MORE ON MONEY
The first ID Kids shop will open in Wandsworth in South-West London.
Opening next month, the Wandsworth store will be the first of 50 shops planned to open nationwide.
ID Kids already have a chain of 1,200 shops globally but have yet to make a foothold in the UK.
With both Toy's R Us and Mothercare facing tough times surely this can't be the time to be opening children's shops?
Tiger former UK partner Philip Bier is full steam ahead on bringing the brand to the UK, despite the high street slump.
Speaking to the the Danish entrepreneur said: “If people say I’m mad I have some sympathy for that statement”.
“But if you take Toys R Us they stood still and relied on doing the same thing for 25 years with no material change in their model.
"They just expected customers to turn up with a basket and fill it. That doesn’t happen anymore.”
