THE nation's favourite tomato ketchup has been given a health kick with a new recipe that doesn't have any added sugar or salt.
No, don't panic, you'll still be able to pick up your bottles with the original recipe too - this is a new product that will sit alongside the original one.
The No Added Sugar & Salt Tomato Ketchup is made with 80 per cent less sugar than the original flavour and 97 per cent less salt.
Heinz already make a reduced sugar and salt one, which contains 50 per cent less sugars and 25 per cent less salt but the latest product takes it one step further.
It's being rolled out tomorrow and you'll be able to get it from all supermarkets from the beginning of May.
Of course, tweaking the recipe of a food cupboard staple means a change in taste...

But Heinz reckon that the new sauce doesn't taste much different to the original.
The condiment has gone through more than 1,000 taste tests with people across 14 different countries, as well as a team of "super tasters" who are trained to tell the difference between different Heinz products.

The recommended retail price is £1.99 for a 425g/400ml bottle, which is the same as the original bottles - but this could change because supermarkets set their own prices.

Tesco's own brand costs 60p for a 525g bottle, which is cheaper but contains 69 per cent less sugar and 85 per cent less salt than Tesco's original own brand sauce.
Ashley White from Heinz said that the new recipe was made to help "families make positive lifestyle choices".
A new tax on sugary drinks has been introduced by the government in an attempt to cut down on the levels of obesity in the UK.
The levy is being put on drinks companies, who will be taxed according to how much sugar is in their beverages.
Some brands are changing the recipes to dodge the tax, while Coca-cola has cut bottle sizes while also adding a price hike.
