CHOC-A-HOLICS we've found your next challenge and it's in the form of an Easter egg that's bigger then your head.

Morrisons is selling a GIANT chocolate Easter egg and it's more than SIX times bigger than your average egg.

The King of Eggs comes in its own royal box and weights 800g

The King of Eggs weighs 800g where as a medium sized Cadbury or Nestle one weighs around 130g.

That means that a you'll need to eat just over six of them to get the same amount of chocolate as the novelty one.

But you might not want to take on the challenge yourself though because the egg contains a whopping 4552 calories - that's the same as eating almost NINE McDonlad's Big Macs.

Of course, it's going to cost you more than your average Easter treat.

It costs £12, which compared to the cheapest medium sized Easter egg on the market it's not that great of a deal.

At Aldi, 100g of the Dairyfine's Milk Chocolate Easter Egg costs 51p, where as the same amount of chocolate from the Morrisons' King of Eggs costs 66p.

But of course we can't say that that's reflected in the taste - and besides, we're cracking up (sorry) at the idea of giving the giant egg as a gift.

The supermarket is also selling maybe the poshest Easter eggs this year - chocolate quail eggs.

The fancy sweet treats look like quail eggs - which are smaller than a chicken's egg - and are encased in a "gold speckled sugar shell".

We looked at the prices of Easter eggs on the high street to find you the cheapest unbranded eggs, as well as some of your favourite brands.

Of course, you can avoid the chocolate treats altogether by opting instead for these bizarre Easter crackers and trees but we're not sure why you'd want to.

The Easter holiday dates change each year and the associated Bank holidays can fall anytime between March 22 and April 25.
