It has one bedroom, two reception rooms, a kitchen and shower room.

Downstairs features a fitted kitchen and dining room where views of the coastline and surrounding village can further be enjoyed.

It also boasts views of the sea and of an iconic watchtower that is often photographed while being battered by storms in Porthleven, Cornwall.

The cottage makes the most of an elevated position which captures enviable harbour scenery.

It was put up for sale for £25,000 more last year, but failed to sell.

Sellers the Mather Partnership said: “It has an ‘ah’ factor for cuteness.”

The eye-catching property is now back on the market with The Mather Partnership - but with £25,000 slashed from the asking price.

Describing the walk through the front door which faces the coastal surrounds, The Mather Partnership says: "upon entering the cottage you will find yourself equally enamoured as the bijou yet welcoming rooms provide a snug warm feel."
