IF THERE's one thing we know, it's that roses don't come cheap.

So, it's pretty heartbreaking when you splash out for February 14th only to find that your beautiful bunch has dropped dead within a few days.

The results were surprising, with Marks and Spencer's flowers being a total flop and Interflora's expensive bunch wilting after one week.

Luckily, some of the cheaper options were the best!
