The deal is available in its stores nationwide - although stock may vary from shop to shop

BOOTS is selling a Lindt chocolate teddy for just 75p – a saving of 70 per cent compared to its usual £2.50 price tag.

A bargain hunter from the Sun Money’s Facebook group has spotted the deal on the choccies in a store in Cardiff Bay.

Boots has now confirmed that the deal is available in its stores nationwide – although stock may vary from shop to shop.

That’s because the offer is part of the retailer’s January clearance and it depends on how much stock is left over from the festive season.

It also means that once they’re gone, they’re gone.

We’ve had a look around and couldn’t find any other supermarket currently selling the sweet teddy online, although you may be able to still pick up a deal in stores.

Customers also spotted some great deal on Christmas stock at Wilko. The budget homeware store was selling £80 artificial fir trees for a fiver in January.
