GREGGS has introduced two more pizzas to the menu and they look pretty tasty - but they come at a cost to your waistline.
The three-cheese foccacia-style pizza and the chain's pepperoni option contain more calories than a roast dinner.
According to calorie counting app , a plate of homemade roast chicken, complete with two roast potatoes, peas, carrots and gravy contains 529 calories.
But a slice of the new pepperoni pizza from Greggs contains a whopping 616 calories - that's 87 calories MORE than an entire roast dinner.
The vegetarian pizza option isn't much better as it also contains 550 calories, around 20 more than the roast chicken option.
In all fairness, the pizzas do sound tasty. Both of them come on a focaccia style pizza base and are topped with a pizza sauce and a three-cheese blend of Cheddar, mozzarella and Gouda.
The meaty option is also topped with spicy pepperoni slices.
Whist they're okay for a treat, you wouldn't want to make them a regular part of your diet if you're watching your waistline.
Prices start at £1.50 for the veggie option and £1.70 for the meaty version.
