In the latest instalment, we see the proud carrot couple and their three kids - Jasper, Baby and Chantenay - unwrapping  presents on Christmas Day.

The baby carrots receive toys, which are essentially mini soft version of themselves.

Kevin gets his veggie love the latest must-have book, 50 Shades of Grapes, while she gives him a scarf.

The happy ending will be shown today (Friday December 8) at 8.45pm on ITV.

Growing popularity for Kevin and Katie saw an unprecedented demand for the plush toys, forcing Aldi to restrict customers to just two per customer this Christmas to stop people cashing in and reselling them on eBay.

Sadly, this didn’t prevent the popular toys to go on sale on the online auction site for a huge mark-up with some selling for up to £50 - or nearly 16 times their value.

That's why fans will be excited to know that soft toy versions of the baby carrots will be available in a pack of three for £2.99 from December 14.

Proceeds from the sale of the three new carrot kids will support Aldi’s charity partner, Teenage Cancer Trust.

PEAS BE MINE Aldi’s Christmas 2017 advert – Kevin the Carrot returns and this time he’s looking for love

Kevin the Carrot returned to television screens for Aldi’s latest Christmas campaign in November.

The advert showed the cute veg finding love in the food carriage of a luxury train with new character, Katie.

It took inspiration from Murder On The Orient Express and is narrated by actor Jim Broadbent.

Adam Zavalis, from Aldi, said: “We’re thrilled to see how customers have followed Kevin and Katie’s journey with such anticipation and have taken both characters into their hearts and homes.

“There’s been lots of speculation about how their story will end and it’s very exciting to reveal that they get their happily ever after with the additions of Chantenay, Jasper and Baby Carrot.
