Photos show how the individual parts of the innovative M.A.Di houses are made in a factory before being flat packed and easily transported via lorry or container to any location around the world.

Meanwhile, time-lapse footage reveals how the earthquake resilient prefab home is transformed into the final finished house, complete with windows and doors in just six to seven hours.

Interior images show the sleek design inside, which boasts plenty of open plan living space in the tiny a-frame house.

The assembly process takes a team of three people and involves each module being unfolded before roof pitches, interiors walls and flooring are added.

The smallest 290-square feet one-bed home for €34,900 (£31,427) featured in the time-lapse is no longer available but you can still buy it in a variety of different sizes.

The smallest, a one-bed 366-square-feet home that sleeps three, will set you back €50,000 (£45,000).

The biggest option measures 926-square-feet costs €115,000 (£103,500).

It sleeps six people and has a second bathroom on the upstairs floor.

It also has the eco-friendly ability to be completely off-grid and run itself with solar panels and LED lighting.

The M.A.Di Home is manufactured in Italy and can be easily collapsed and moved to a new location or stored away.

The tiny homes can be delivered to the UK - but you'll have to pay a hefty delivery and installation fee.

MADi says the cost of installation and delivery to the UK will be about 30 per cent of the cost of your home.

That means you'll pay between £13,500 and £31,050 on top of the cost of the home.
