You can now get a mince pie croissant just in time for Christmas
The festive favourite has got a continental makeover thanks to Paul's Bakery
IT might be eight weeks until Christmas but one bakery is doing its best to get us on the mince pies for BREAKFAST.
Behold the Mince Pie Croissant, courtesy of French artisan bakery, Paul.
The treat combines an all-butter croissant with rich sweet mincemeat and is dusted with icing sugar - all for a bargain price of just £1.75.
The Sun Online hasn't had chance to test out the mince pie yet - but we're seriously tempted to be first in the queue when it launches online on October 31 and in stores from November 28.
It's not the first time bakers have cooked up a storm by combining two favourites.
The pie is following in the footsteps of the famous 'cronut'.
Coming out of New York, its creators mashed together a croissant and doughnut and deep fried it, becoming a hit around the world.
In September Asda crossed a croissant and a bread roll to create the 'croll'.
The hybrid is "significantly less flaky" than a normal croissant to make it easier to eat.

There's already loads of quirky Christmas treats on the market.
Last week Aldi announced it was getting into the festive spirit with its boozy-bangers - Prosecco infused cocktail sausages - and its own gin-flavoured mince pies.

Paul's has more than 30 bakeries in the UK, mainly in London.
