Hamleys reveals top 10 toys for Xmas including Barbie, Luvabella and Hatchimals

INTERACTIVE robots and tech toys are set to dominate your children's Christmas letters this year, according to Hamleys.

The toy store revealed its highly regarded annual prediction of the must-have toys for this holiday season.

Hamleys has revealed its top 10 toys this christmas

Prices for the hotly tipped toys range between £21 to and eye-watering £135.

Victoria Kay, from Hamleys said: “We’ve seen a lot of tech for tech’s sake in the past few years with app extensions, but now, whether it’s a plush or a more sophisticated LEGO build, they are getting smarter in how kids can personalise and programme them.”

Here are Hamleys top toys for Christmas 2017:

FurReal Buzz Pet – Tyler the Playful Tiger - £135

This tiger cub responds to sounds and touch with 100 sound-and-motion combinations

Top of the list is Tyler the playful tiger - a cute little cub which responds to petting and talking in over hundred different ways.

Pet his head and his eyes might close, pet him on his muzzle and he moves.

The toy is pretty much the robotic alternative to a cat but comes with a hefty price tag of £135.

It is suitable for any child aged four or more.

Fisherprice Dance & Move Beatbo £33

Predicted to be a hit amongst younger kids is the Fisher Price Dance & Move Beatbo, selling for £33.

The toy will teach toddlers songs and dance moves at the touch of a button.

He will introduce baby to letters, colours, numbers and much more.

LEGO BB-8 - £85

 The LEGO BB-8 is set to be popular with Star Wars fans

Movie themed robotics also storm into the list with the Lego BB-8, inspired by the Star Wars movie.

The robot cost a hefty £85.

It is suitable for all children above ten years-old.

The Barbie DreamHorse - £90

The £90 Barbie DreamHorse reacts to touch and sounds, featuring more than 30 realistic reactions

Barbie is making a comeback with her DreamHorse which reacts to touch and features more than 30 realistic reactions.

The horse can also nod yes or no when you ask a question, play three different songs and show off with three different dances.

Your kids' Barbie will be able to sit on the saddle using a waist clip -  but the interactive animal alone will cost you £90.

Nerf Nitro Longshot - £22

Nitro Longshot version allows kids to design rally courses and stunt challenges to fire foam cars

A good option for bargain price hunters, the very popular Nerf Gun is back with a £22 Nitro Long version.

The new toy allows children to design long-distance jumping challenges with the long-jump ramp and obstacles.

Power Rangers - £60

The Luvabella Toy costs £100 and was also featured on Argos top toys for Christmas 2017 list

The interactive Luveball toy was also featured on Argos must-have toy list for this Christmas.
