Asda is selling crumpets with pumpkin faces on them for Halloween
The supermarket is selling four crumpets for a a quid
CRUMPETS are one of the best breakfast treats but Asda has gone and made them even more amazing.
This year the supermarket is selling them with pumpkin faces on them as part of its Halloween range of food.
The only downside is that you're paying a premium for the spooky treat as a pack of four costs £1.
Asda usually sells a pack of six crumpets for 55p.
It's not the first time that Asda has created a crumpet twist, last Easter it sold bunny-shaped ones.
The supermarket is also selling a "day of the dead" shortbread making kit for £2.50, as well as Halloween themed chocolate balls.
If that's not enough, it's also stocking blood orange bucks fizz at £2.48 per bottle.
Yesterday, The Sun Online revealed how Asda now sells a cheesy chips pizza.
The 13.5 inch pizza costs £4.50 and combines a serving of fries with a three cheese mix and sweet chilli sauce.
And the supermarket also sells a Mac ‘n Cheese Pizza and a Takeaway Beef Kebab pizza too.
But those watching their waistlines should beware…it has a massive 1,888 calories – which is almost all of your recommended daily allowance.
It comes just a few weeks after Pizza Hut unvieled its limited edition Mac & Cheese Pizza.
We also recently discovered that you can now buy a Yorkshire pudding pizza, which is a filled with cheese and pork ragu.
