The budget store fired the opening shots in the new price war when it launched its new package in June, and is now offering a round-neck sweater for just £1.25, a two-pack of plain polo shirts for £1.25 and a school skirt or pair of trousers for £1.25.

What are Morrisons' school uniforms? Priced from £9.50
Morrisons offer a 200-day guarantee for all uniform items - if they don't last that long, the store should refund you.
The supermarket's full uniform starting from £9.50 is available all year round, both online and in stores that stock its Nutmeg clothing range.
You can choose between two polo shirts and sweatshirts with prices starting at £3 and shorts for as little as £3.50.

The collection also includes a £4 skirt, summer dresses starting at £5 for a pack of two and £8 trousers for a double pack.
Currently, you also claim some money back through , which is offering new members up to £15 , meaning consumers can spend up to £12 worth of items and cover the £2.95 for delivery.
The offer is valid until September 10, and shoppers will get 100 per cent cashback of the total amount they spend.
The maximum payout is £15 and you must be a new member to be eligible.

Sainsbury's guarantee some of their uniforms will last 20 washes and you can get a full school uniform from £15.50 all year long,
The range includes polo shirts in packs of three from £3.50 to £6.50 for a pack, with sweatshirts and shorts starting at £6 for a pack of two and trousers at £7 for a double pack.
Although the collection is more pricey, the range has over 200 options, with 11 different colours.
Sainsbury's also says its clothes are made from high-quality fabric, with 100 per cent cotton used and a non-iron finish on shirts.
