Aldi is selling a retro kitchenware range that includes a fridge for £170 – but you’ll need to be quick
The budget supermarket's new range will be available in stores across the UK from July 6
ALDI has just launched a new range of retro kitchenware and it includes a fridge that looks suspiciously similar to an upmarket version but for half the price.
The budget supermarket's so-called Summer Kitchen range will be available in stores across the UK from July 6 and it’s already possible to pre-order online.
It includes a retro under counter fridge for £169.99, available in a selection of colours including red, blue and cream.
That’s almost half the price of one from electrical goods specialist Swan - a brand with a heritage dating back to the 1920's - which is selling .
The fridge is an online exclusive, meaning customers can buy it on Aldi's website but not in its stores.
Other vintage bargains from the range include Aldi’s retro microwave for £44.99 and a stir fry wok for less than £10.
Aldi's retro kettle and retro toaster both selling for £24.99 are also available in red, cream or light blue.
But you’ll have to get to a shop quickly to snap one of the items.
The products are part of Aldi’s special buy range which means branches will likely have only a limited number in stock.
It’s not the first time that Aldi has sold copycat versions of luxury products at a bargain price.

Last month, it launched imitation Yankee Candles at £1.99 each, making them £7 cheaper than the official ones.
In March, the bargain supermarket also launched a range of scented candles that it claimed smelled exactly like Jo Malone ones but at a 90 per cent discount.
The Sun Online in February reported on a new Aldi floor lamp which looks almost identical to one sold by John Lewis.
It followed the success of the Aldi’s marble and copper-effect vintage floor lamp last year, which was praised by interior styling experts for their luxury appearance and low price tag.
And just before Christmas, Aldi launched a range of hampers which looked very similar to luxury retailer Fortnum & Mason – but with a price tag that was £126 cheaper.
