‘Cheapest so far’ hail shoppers as supermarket giant slashes price of large Easter egg to £2.50

SHOPPERS are raving about this huge offer on Easter Eggs after supermarket giant Morrisons slashed the price to just £2.50.
The chocolate egg is on for sale for £4 but if you're a Morrisons More Card member, you'll be able to nab it for just £2.50.
The range includes dozens of varieties, from Cadbury's Twirl, Skittles, and Twix to Rolo, Smarties, Mars and Maltesers.
After a keen-eyed customer spotted the deal and shared a photo in the hundreds of shoppers rushed to comment on the bargain.
One person wrote "cheapest I've seen them so far", while another wrote "looks like I'm off [to] Morrison".
One commenter likened it to prices in Australia, writing "cheaper than Australia, like $6 bucks", while others wrote "That's good" and "need to get some".
Others simply tagged friends and family in the post proving the popularity of the deal.
Easter Eggs can typically cost anywhere from £2 up to £20 for the luxury chocolate ranges.
Morrisons is currently running a huge clearance sale, with prices slashed to as low as £1.50 for items in the women's clothing and baby clothing sections.
The massive sale of up to 75% off has women's tops priced at as little as £2 and bottoms at £3.
Dozens of baby clothes have been seen priced at either £2 or £3.
One shopper in the said she had nabbed an outfit for her daughter for just £1.50.
Another shared a picture of a huge haul of baby clothes, saying: "This came to exactly £20 absolutely made up."
A different shopper said they had got a set of baby clothes for £4, down from £15.
One social media user wrote: "RUN to Morrisons sale items all around 75% off coated jeans £4 , sweater £3 there’s summer stuff too most items are £5 and below."
The clearance sale appears to be just on women's and baby clothing, but shoppers are reporting it is available in stores across the country.
The sale is only in stores and is just while stocks last.
