McDonald’s makes big change to menus TODAY that can save you cash – but you’ll have to be quick

MCDONALD'S has made a huge change to its menu that will help diners save some cash.

The fast food chain is offering 15 per cent off its food but people need to act fast to get their hands on this deal.

McDonald's customers will be treated to a new epic Deal Drop offer.

On Monday 10 February, customers will be able to bag a 15 per cent discount on their order.

Diners will have to spend a minimum of £8 to get their hands on this deal.

This means McDonald's fans will be able to get their favourites, like a Big Mac, McFlurry, or Chicken McNuggets, for cheaper than usual.

For example, a Big Mac Meal will only set people back £5.86.

Chicken lovers will be able to pick up a nine-piece Selects Sharebox for £7.22 or a nine Chicken McNuggets for £4.24.

No meal is complete without a sweet treat, so people will be able to pick up an Oreo McFlurry for £1.35.

To get this deal, customers will need to opt into the MyMcDonald's Rewards scheme.

This deal will only be available on the McDonald's App.

Customers will have to act fast as this 15 per cent discount will only be available today.

Diners should also note that this deal can only be claimed and used once per person.

This offer is not the only deal available to people with the McDonald's App.

The chain's Deal Drop platform will receive a deal every Monday.

These offers can be found on the Rewards and Offers section of the app.

Like today's offer, all future deals must be used on the same Monday they drop.

McDonald's fans will be happy to know today's 15 per cent off and all future deals will be available in-store and for delivery.

How to save money at McDonald's

The Sun discovered that there can be up to a 30p price difference in a Big Mac meal between restaurants.

The restaurants could be as close as two miles away from each other.

McDonald's also offers a discount on your next order if you fill out a survey online after visiting its stores. 

These can be found on the back of any receipt you get at McDonald’s.

Another way to save at McDonald’s is by ordering from the Savers menu or by using its ‘3 for £3’ deal.

The chain has a restaurant locator tool on its website you can use to find your nearest one - and check what time it opens.

McDonald's locator also lets you know when its stores open.

As McDonald's stops serving breakfast as early as 11am, you'll need to get there before the chain switches to its regular menu.
