First up - Stonegate pubs are giving away pints of Guinness through its MiXR app, with no strings attached.

Complimentary creamers will be distributed at over 700 of their sites across the country.

The offer will be wildly popular as the UK's love affair with the black stuff continues to bloom.

To make the most of the opportunity, punters must download the MiXR app and sign up to "Pub Nations" in the rewards section.

Once you've signed up, a free pint of Guinness - or its alcohol-free alternative - shall be yours during the Wales vs Italy match.

Fullers, meanwhile, will make rugby fans work for their pint-shaped reward.

Those in search of free booze will first have to tackle a round of Rugby Shuffle.

Customers need to scan the QR code that sits atop London Pride pumps at the bar - or log in to the pub's WiFi.

But this game is based on accurate predictions rather than luck.

To enter the competition, customers need to sign up to the pub's free guest WiFi.

How can I get free beer?

IT is a good weekend for fans of free beer.

Thousands of pubs from three major chains are giving away pints that won't cost a penny.

Here are your three options to get in on the deals:

Stonegate: Download or open the chain's MiXR app. Head to the rewards section and sign up to Pub Nations. Claim a free pint of Guinness during Wales vs Italy.

Fullers: Scan the London Pride QR code and play Rugby Shuffle. Cross your fingers and hope that your allocated outcome happens for a free pint.

Admiral Tavers/Proper Pubs: Sign up to the pub's free WiFi. When prompted, guess who will win the next Six Nations match. Correct guessers: sit tight for a free Guinness voucher.

You must then predict the winner of the next Six Nations match.

A correct call could land you a voucher for a free Guinness pint.

Greene King ran a similar promotion last weekend, when over 800 of their pubs handed out free beer to mark the kick-off of the competition.

To claim a free cold one, customers had to visit the bar and say: "Space for a pint?".

The offer marked 25 years of the Guinness Six Nations tournament in collaboration with England rugby star Danny Care.
