FANCY living in a penthouse in London's posh Kensington area completely rent-free for a year? Well, then you could be in luck.
The winner of the competition being fronted by property guru Amanda Lamb and TV presenter Rick Edwards will get to live in a lush one-bed flat on Kensington Church Street for 12 months.
The flat is situated on the top floor of a period building with stunning views over the Kensington area.
It comes with double bed, fully fitted wardrobe, open plan kitchen and even a separate utility room.
And if that wasn't good enough...any cash that the winner manages to save during the year will be matched by the firm behind the competition - up to a maximum of £24,000 (or £2,000 a month).

The cash can then be used towards a deposit for a property.
Sounds pretty dreamy, right? Well, of course there are a few catches.
Firstly, it's a competition...so there's only one winner.
Anyone interested in entering needs to queue up at the new Studio B 'innovation lab' on April 27 - which is run Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks and is situated on high street Kensington, London.
The first round of the competition will take place between 7am and 10am. There will be two initial knowledge-based questions.
The top 9 contestants will be invited back later in the day to complete more tasks.
They'll need to bring proof of identity, address and employment.
The final round will include a gardening, cooking and DIY challenge. The winner will be picked by property guru Amanda Lamb at the end of the day.
You need to over the age of 18 to enter and have the right to live and work in the UK.
There's no age limit for contestants but if you already own a home, you're not allowed to enter.
You'll also need to be able to move into the property on May 27 and live there for 12 months.
