Home Bargains shoppers rush to store to try new flavour of popular 45p fizzy drink inspired by Valentine’s Day
DR PEPPER lovers are being urged to follow their hearts with a new Valentine's Day-inspired flavour.
In honour of February 14, Dr Pepper has released a limited-edition flavour perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
The drink that hit shelves today has already seen shoppers raving about the flavour.
Home Bargains has further delighted shoppers by offering them a true bargain.
Sharing a picture of the striped pink can with hearts, one shopper said on Facebook: "49p in Home Bargains. It's really nice," the shopper exclaimed.
"Reminds me of something but I don't know what," they added.

Others shared their opinions, trying to guess the flavour, saying: "Cherry cough sweets, I like it."
"Cherry drops by any chance xx I'm dying to grab this," another wrote.
"It reminded me of cherry sprite it’s very American flavoured cherry! Very nice though," a third added.
While others said it was "one to try," only one fellow Dr Pepper fan knew what the new flavour reminded the bargain finder of.

"Yes!!!! That's exactly what it is. Thank you," the poster replied.
"I was convinced it was a sweet, but now you've said this, I can say that it is indeed like the cherry Lucozade."

Cherry has become a popular fizzy drink flavour with it making up 55 per cent of value sales growth across colas in the past year, according to Coca-Cola.
The limited-edition Valentine's drink was launched on January 27 with 300ml cans being 80p and 500ml bottles for £1.35.
300ml and 500ml single packs will also be available.
While individual cans have been found at Home Bargains for less than 50p, the retailer is selling packs for £3.50.
The drink has also been found in Asda and will likely be on shelves at other retailers soon.
FarmFoods is selling a pack of eight for £3.99, according to some shoppers.
