Starbucks launched its autumn menu back in August, and coffee-lovers had enjoyed pumpkin spiced lattes ever since.

But Christmas is fast approaching and now the countdown is on for the launch of the festive menu.

The chain is bringing back fan favourites, alongside new sweet treats.

The price of each item will vary depending on location, size of the drink and whether you have it to take-away or eat-in.

Make sure you double-check the price at your local Starbucks and ask a member of staff before you order.

Returning to the menu is the toffee nut latte, which starts from £4.35 for a tall size.

It's made with toffee nut flavour syrup and steamed milk, and is finished with whipped cream and toffee nut flavour sprinkles.

The caramel waffle latte and gingerbread latte are also making a comeback and too will be priced at £4.35.

While Starbucks has not officially launched its festive menu, from today, it is offering customers who are Rewards members the chance to try the range before anyone else.

To get your hands on one you'll need to download the Starbucks UK app.

This will let you order ahead and pay in advance, so you just need to grab your drink when you get to your nearest outlet.

Alternatively, you can show your Starbucks card in-store and pay while you're there.

You'll get three stars for every £1 you spend and when you get enough stars, you get a free drink - including the choice of a festive beverage that's not yet on the menu.

The drinks are available at more than 1,000 Starbucks branches across the country.

You can order through Starbucks Delivers via DeliverooJust EatUber Eats across 1000 stores across the UK, while stocks last.

You can find your nearest branch by using the locator tool on its website.

If you're not a member, you will have to wait until November 7 to get your hands on a festive beverage.

Starbucks is also set to launch more festive treats on the same date, but the details remain under wraps.

The Sun has asked the coffee chain for more information and we will update this article once we hear back.

Meanwhile, rival coffee chain Costa has unveiled nine new items and a returning favourite that it will be adding to its Christmas menu.

What else is happening at Starbucks?

Meanwhile, Starbucks has promised to make major changes to its menu and prices in an attempt to win back customers and boost dwindling sales.

In a video message, Starbucks chairman and Chief Executive Officer Brian Niccol said the company will simplify its “overly complex menu”.

He added that the coffee chain will fix its “pricing architecture” and “ensure that every customer feels Starbucks is worth it”.

He also outlined said he wants the chain to return to the welcoming atmosphere of its early locations.

The strategy is a bid to win back customers who are visiting less often, which has caused sales to tumble.

To succeed Niccol said the chain will address staffing issues in its cafes, remove bottlenecks and simplify things for baristas.
