BRITAIN'S "cheapest chippy" is slinging a mouthwatering fish and chips deal for as little as 99p.
Pollards Plaice in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire is giving back to the community by dropping its much loved fish and chips meal price for a limited time.
Hungry customers can head to the chippy on Holderness Road on October 31 between 11 am and 4 pm to pick up the small haddock and chips meal.
But they better be quick, as it will only be on sale until stock runs out.
Sonny and Katie Pollard who run the chippy have previously served similarly discounted meals before.
Speaking to HullLive, Sonny said: "We’ve ordered in well over 1,000 individual haddock fillets.

"We normally have five or six staff on but we have four additional staff tomorrow to cope with the demand.
"With it being half-term and times being tight for people, we decided we wanted to give back to our customers who support us all year round."
He added: "It’s for a limited time but it’s great value. We look at it that, if we break even, that’s good but this is a way of saying thank you to our many patrons."
It's not the first time the fish and chip shop have dropped the prices on it popular small haddock and chips meal.

The popular gesture has previously earned them widespread publicity.
Last year, the chippy also dropped its price down to 99p - sparking national interest.
At the time, manager Peter Turnell, who has worked at the chip shop for one year, claims they once shifted 2,000 portions of the bargain battered cod in one day.
The bargain deal costs just one ninth of the average price of fish and chips in the UK.
The most expensive portion is being sold by TV Chef Tom Kerridge at Harrods, London, which is a staggering £37 for a piece of battered cod and nine chips.
Manager Peter added: "I think Tom Kerridge probably has more expenses to cover than us.
"The 99p offer was a one-day deal, but we've done other offers such as small fish and chips for £1.99.
"Our regular costs are £7.90 for a large portion and £5.90 for a small portion, which is still below the average price.
"We are determined to keep costs low for customers but if bills start to rise we may have to hike up prices."
Currently, Pollards Plaice is in the running for best fish and chip shop honours at England's Business Awards, having scooped the Yorkshire title earlier this year.
