I landed £350,000 house in lottery but decided NOT to take it & keep working – it’s just too big with too many rooms
Despite turning down the six-bedroom home, George didn't miss out on a huge cash prize
A TEENAGE lottery winner has landed a £350,000 house in Blackpool - but decided it's not worth taking.
George Radford, 18, was stunned to be offered the choice of six-bedroom house or the cash prize last week.

After checking out the South Shore property, the youngster decided he wanted the £300,000 cheque instead.
George said: “It’s a lovely house but it’s just too big and there are too many rooms.
“My plan is to take the cash and buy a smaller house somewhere in Hambleton or Poulton but I’m not in any rush.”
George hopes he will be offered an IT apprenticeship at Blackpool Council despite his new earnings.

He also has no plans to give up his current gig in hospitality.
George added: “I’m already working in the kitchen at The Shovels pub in Hambleton and I have another shop job, so I will keep working.”
The aspiring apprentice lives with 15-year-old brother Archie and their mother Lou Wane in Hambleton who are just as excited.
He was entered into the prize draw by Archie three days after Georges' 18th birthday.

The family was in disbelief when they found out George had won a three-storey house after it was announced on YouTube.

Mum Lou said: “You think something like this will never happen to you but it did.
“We were all so excited when he won.”
The live draw was streamed on the channel which George was watching as he won the Napier Avenue property.
Elite Competitions was first recongnised on and has since handed out of 368,000 prize opportunities.
The prizes span from houses and Lamborghinis to Rolex watches and cash.
