ALDI shoppers are rushing to buy a middle-aisle product that's scanning for £2 instead of £5 and ideal for camping.

The German discounter is selling an Adventureridge fishing chair in the Specialbuys section of its stores.

One customer recently spotted the deal in their local branch, posting a photo of it on .

They captioned the post: "Camping chairs £1.99 Aldi very cheap got last one."

The post has received plenty of reaction from shoppers clamouring to buy one of the camping essentials.

One said "bargainnnnnn" while another added "fab find".

Other shoppers have been quick to tag family and friends in the post flagging they're keen to snap one of them up.

If you're keen to buy one of the camping chairs, it might be worth calling your local Aldi branch ahead to see if they have any in stock.

With Specialbuys, there is always limited stock and once a product has sold out, no more are added to shelves.

Of course, remember to shop around to make sure you are getting the best deal too.

We had a look online to see if any other retailers are selling a similar-style camping chair for less than the £2 one at Aldi, but couldn't find any.

Mountain Warehouse, Blacks, Argos and Millets are all the next cheapest and are selling one for £9 - £7 more expensive.

That's before factoring in delivery fees as well.

It comes after parents were left raving about Aldi's school uniform range, with prices starting from just £1.50.

For those with a bit more cash to burn, you can snap up a backpack for £12, football boots for £10 or joggers for £7.
