A NEW drive-through chain has made its way from across the pond to the UK, selling legendary New York-style pizza.
The US-born franchise offers the "cheapest" pizza slices for only 15p - but for a limited time.
Sbarro, with 15 stores in the UK, has opened its first drive-thru location in the country last Thursday.
The chain, with 630 branches across 28 countries, has welcomed drivers at Cleckheaton Services, in Centurion Way.
To mark the opening, the Sbarro has slashed the price of its signature New York-style XL pizza slices by a whopping 95 per cent for one day only.
In a bid to pay homage to the company's legacy, the franchise will be serving pizza slices at the same cost as they did 70 years ago in Brooklyn, New York.

When Sbarro first opened as an Italian salumeria on the other side of the Atlantic in 1956, it became well-known for its 15-cent pizza slices.
Carmela Sbarro, also known as "Mama," prepared pizza slices for shift workers in need of a quick dinner.
A spokesperson for the firm told the Telegraph&Argus: “Her slices were so popular that they soon opened a second location focused solely on pizza, and now there are over 630 Sbarro eateries across 28 countries.
"Our brand new store in Cleckheaton brings the convenience of a drive-thru restaurant coupled with the best quality pizza slices that Sbarro have perfected over almost 70 years, and we thought that the best way to reflect this was in the price.

"To mark our opening, we're doing what Mama Sbarro did, selling the finest pizza slices at the same price point that they were in 1956.
“To celebrate our new Cleckheaton store, the first pizza drive-thru in the UK, we're giving people the Sbarro quality for just 15p a slice."
Shoppers need to rush to the drive-thru as the promotion will only last this Saturday.
Along with pizza slices, a special breakfast menu will be available at the Cleckheaton location, which will open every weekday at 6 a.m.
This includes hash browns, sausage, egg and cheese strombolini and a pizza with sausage, ham, egg and cheese.
The store will also sell a selection of beverages, such as dragon fruit, hazelnut, and caramel syrup-infused hazy lemonade, as well as a choice of coffee drinks like lattes and cappuccinos.
UK’s cheapest meal deal’ costing just £3 revealed
A BARGAIN £3 meal deal has been launched with a lesser-known supermarket - taking it up to the big dogs.
Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Boots all offer the famed main-snack-drink bundle for prices ranging from £3.50-£4, but now a new player is shaking things up.
Now Poundland has introduced a cheaper £3 deal titled "grab a bite".
It includes the main, drink and snack without the need for a loyalty card.
It's available in all Poundland stores, with a range of over 400 items, including sandwiches, wraps, salads, sushi and rolls.
There are more than 200 drinks to choose from as customers look to quench their thirst over the summer months.
Poundland's managing director Austin Cooke previously told The Sun: "This meal deal is the best value in the land.
"There is no one that can touch on our value here. We're 20% cheaper than the next competitor, and that is with a loyalty card."
During the week, Sbarro shuts at 10.30pm while on the weekends, it is open from 7am to 10pm.
If you don't fancy a drive for the cheap slice, then The Sun has tested frozen supermarket pizzas and the 95p winner is better than Goodfellas.
It comes as the UK's cheapest supermarket for a weekly shop has been revealed - and it's not Lidl or Morrisons.
Consumer group Which? compared prices on 67 items from eight different supermarkets to find the best value for money.
