The McVitie's cocoa Rich Tea biscuit impressed customers with its new flavour - which offers a little more satisfaction for those with a sweet-tooth.

Impressed customers stumbled upon the helpful information in the Newfoodsuk Facebook group.

One delighted fan hailed the chocolatey indulgence: "I love these. Going to Tesco so will look out for them."

Another penned: "Bang goes the diet!!! Look lush."

"I got this last night and it's nice," a third agreed.

Someone else was desperate to nab a pack, and wrote: "ooh will have to look out for these.""

";We will have try them," echoed another.

Meanwhile one suggested: "I'll pick these up for a lil nightshift snack."

The goodies can be picked up for £1.80 per pack - or £1.25 for Clubcard members.

It comes as McVitie's announced they are rolling out a new Jaffa Cake flavour inspired by a retro sweet favourite - but fans are divided.

Shelves will soon be stocked with the latest edition, which will see the McVitie's iconic dark chocolate-covered sponge filled with a unique twist.

Customers' taste buds are sure to tingle when they discover the take on a classic candy.

The delicious treat will swap out the traditional orange jelly with a Cola Bottle flavour instead.

And, shoppers are racing to nab a tasty McVitie's bar which fans say is "lush".

The McVities Gold Billions Wafer bar has made its way back to B&M shop shelves.

This bar has layers of crisp wafer and cream filling which is coated with golden caramel chocolate. 

Tesco Clubcard deals

SHOPPERS at Tesco earn points every time they scan their clubcard at the till or online.

These points add up and can be converted into vouchers which can be used to get money off your next shop.

Tesco customers can also use their Clubcard to receive access to special discounted prices across a number off name brand goods and items.

When signing up to the supermarkets loyalty scheme you can either download the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app to your Apple or Android device or register online. 

To access the service, which gives shoppers discounts on items when they shop, you can use a virtual card that can be scanned at the till using your smart phone.

Additionally you can request to get a physical card either online or in store.

The iconic chocolate bar has been around since 1988 but the retailer has since revamped the bar with the latest "billionaire's" version.

Plus, the company is giving fans a taste of nostalgia with a new limited-edition snack which is already on shop shelves.
