BRITAIN'S 'cheapest fish and chip shop' drew in hundreds of hungry customers eager to nab their 1p deal.
Merchants Fish and Chips in Halesowen, West Mids., was handing out the "crazy" bargain - which saw Brits pitching up an hour before doors opened.
The mega discount slashed their usual £7 fish and chips to just a penny - nearly 100 per cent off.
Pat Williams, 78, travelled all the way from Kidderminster, Worcs., to be first in line.
