Among the range is the brand new Hat Trick burger and a new McFlurry, which are set to be a big hit with fans.

The burger features three beef patties, two slices of cheese, grilled onions, mustard, and ketchup on a glazed sesame seed bun.

The Hat Trick is £5.89, but you can upgrade to a meal with medium fries and a drink for £7.69.

The Skittles McFlurry is a soft dairy ice cream swirled with chewy Skittles fudge pieces and sugary pearls, topped with a purple Skittles-flavoured sauce.

For those who prefer a hot dessert, the Galaxy Chocolate and Raspberry Pie (£1.99) has also been introduced.

However, hardcore McDonald's fans have shared their disappointment over the new menu items online.

One Maccies fan responding to a Facebook post said: "It all looks rank. The price is excruciating, too."

Another said: "The pie and McFlurry sound awful."

Fans have been quick to slam the "Hat Trick" burger too, calling it just another triple cheeseburger.

Another said: "Isn't the burger just a triple quarter pounder?"

"McDonald's is over at this point... recycling the same menu over and over again," said one fan of the fast-food chain.

How to save money at McDonald's

YOU could end up being charged more for a McDonald's meal based solely on the McDonald's restaurant you choose.

Research by The Sun found a Big Mac meal can be up to 30p cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart from each other.

But you can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 by filling in a feedback survey found on any old McDonald's receipt.

The receipt should come with a 12-digit code which you can enter into the Food for Thought website alongside your submitted survey.

You'll then receive a five-digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

Make sure you check out all the various apps and platforms if you're ordering McDonald's to your home too.
