Martin Lewis’ MSE issues urgent warning to anyone with a Tesco Clubcard – and you have just HOURS to act
MARTIN Lewis' MSE has issued an urgent warning to anyone with a Tesco Clubcard.
It comes as millions of Tesco shoppers have days left to use up £17million worth of Clubcard vouchers or risk losing them for good.
The MoneySavingExpert.com (MSE) team said: "If you've got a Tesco Clubcard, check when your vouchers are due to expire as you've only days left to spend or extend nearly £17million worth before they run out on Friday, May 31.
"In addition, more than £27million in 'Reward Partner' codes – vouchers that have been exchanged to spend at various third-party retailers – are set to expire over the next two weeks.
Customers can use the Clubcard vouchers, which were first issued in May 2022 and will expire at the end of this month, to lower the cost of their weekly shop, pay for fuel or to pick up a great new deal with Tesco Mobile.
Shoppers can use Clubcard vouchers in-store and online to save money on their Tesco shop.

If you decide to use your vouchers for your Tesco shop, every 150 points can be exchanged to the value of £1.50.
Your vouchers can also be doubled in value when spent at over 100 reward partners, including and Zizzi.
You can also swap vouchers for money off your bill.
Ashwin Prasad, Tesco's Chief Commercial Officer, said: "People across the UK will be looking forward to two Bank Holiday weekends in May and thinking about how they can make the most of them.
"Tesco Clubcard holders can use the power of Clubcard to unlock all sorts of Bank Holiday fun, from saving on their shopping when they pick up their BBQ food, or to exchanging for 2x value with 100-plus Reward Partners, offering everything from fun days out for the family to meals out at some of the UK's most popular restaurant chains.
"With millions of vouchers expiring at the end of this month, we are urging everyone to make the most of their Clubcard this May and check to see if any vouchers or reward codes are expiring."
Can I extend the validity of my vouchers?
Martin Lewis' team has shared a nifty way to extend the validity of your voucher.
The MSE team said: "If your Clubcard vouchers are due to expire and you don't want to use them yet, you may be able to extend the expiry date by another two years.
"If you want to give this a try, here's how it works – though remember you'll need to extend your vouchers by 11.59pm on Friday."
The team said customers should make a small purchase on the Tesco Clubcard Rewards page.
When you spend a small amount, the remaining balance is credited back to your Clubcard account as points.
For example, if you spend 50p using a £5 Clubcard voucher, you'll get 450 points back (worth £4.50).
You can then swap your points for vouchers manually or wait for them to be converted with your next statement.
The MSE team added: "You'll need to do this for each individual voucher, so it's worth weighing up if it's actually worth it for smaller denominations.
"For example, if you've a £10 voucher it could be worth it. If you've got a handful of £1 vouchers, maybe less so."
How does the Tesco Clubcard scheme work?
Tesco's Clubcard scheme allows shoppers to earn points as they shop, these points can then be turned into vouchers for money off food or other reward partner schemes.
When you spend £1 in-store or online, you get one point when you scan your card or app.
Drivers using Clubcards now get one point for every two litres spent on fuel.
One point equals 1p, so 150 points gets you £1.50, for example.
You'll need a minimum of 150 points to request a voucher.
These vouchers can either be worth the face value to spend in-store at Tesco, or you can double their worth to spend at reward partners, including restaurants, and on days out.

These Clubcard prices save the average member £351 on their annual shop, according to Tesco.
RECLAIM LOST CLUBCARD POINTS
MANY people lose or forget to use their Tesco vouchers, but there's an easy way to claw back the last two years of unused vouchers.
Here's exactly how to find out if you have any unused vouchers.
The first step is to log into your Tesco Clubcard account on Tesco.com or via the Clubcard app.
You'll need your name, email address and Clubcard number to hand.
Once you've logged in, navigate to "My Clubcard Account" and then click on "Vouchers" to see a full list of any vouchers you still have to spend.
You can use the code included in your voucher to spend online.
If you want to redeem them in-store, you'll need to print them off and take them with you.
