EXPERTS have revealed how your 50p could be "gold dust" if it has a "winding squiggle" on the front.
Coin collectors are urged to check out their pockets for these sought-after mints.

A rare Royal Mint 50p coin sparked a huge bidding war after going under the hammer for a whopping £2,500 online.
The Kew Gardens gold proof is one of just a few coins minted back in 2009.
The valuable money has become a holy grail for avid collectors after it fetched a staggering price on Ebay.
It boasts a unique design paying homage to the iconic botanical haven Kew Gardens.

The 50p features a picturesque pagoda intertwined with lush foliage representing the diverse nature of the gardens.
And it was minted to commemorate its 250th anniversary.
Punters draw 33 bids sending the coin's value skyrocketing to a jaw-dropping 5,000 times its real value.
With only 210,000 coins ever minted, there are only 629 still available.

According to experts, it is one of the most sought-after examples among treasure hunters.
HOW RARE IS IT?
The Kew Gardens 50p can sell for around £156.25.
But sellers have also forked out over £700 for one when sold on eBay.
The other rarest coin you need to be on the lookout for is the 2011 Olympics.
These include the wrestling, football and judo coins among the most valuable.
There are only 1.1million of each of these mints produced.
Flopsy bunny and Peter Rabbit designs produced in 2018 are also highly valuable.
Around 1.4 million were minted - depict the characters from Beatrix Potter’s novels and celebrate the life of the English writer and these sell for around £5.
In 2019, 500 million coins were produced, with three new 50p designs.
These included one of Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes, Paddington Bear at St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London.
