This will make two medium-size bases.
Or for a more traditional recipe, add 7g of dried yeast to 325ml of lukewarm water, leave for five minutes until frothy then gradually add to 500g of strong white bread flour.
Mix until you get a dough ball, then cover and leave to rest for five minutes.
On a floury surface, knead until smooth and elastic before splitting into four balls.
Cover with a damp tea towel. Leave to rise for two hours, then stretch each ball to a base.
GET COOKING: The pizza oven needs to be preheated to around 800C before cooking.
For a simple margherita, add a passata sauce on to the base and some mozzarella shredded on top.
For extra toppings, root through the fridge and cupboards to find meats and veggies that need using up.
Most pizzas will need less than ten minutes in the oven. Just take out when golden.
