HOME Bargains fans have rushed to buy a "gorgeous" garden accessory that's quickly sold out again.

The popular decoration was back off the shelves only hours after an announcement on social media that it was back on sale.

The Firefly Hanging Hot Air Balloon Solar Light is a "whimsical and captivating" hanging decoration that will "elevate" your backyard.

The £4.99 item would give the plants in your garden a cute decoration and help keep you out in your garden longer at night.

Home Bargains' website says the decoration will: "Elevate your garden, patio, or backyard with the enchanting glow of this delightful hanging light."

The light automatically turns on at dusk, has a rechargeable battery included, a flame effect LED light and is easy to install.

The Facebook group Extreme Couponing & Bargains UK announced that the decoration was back in stock on Friday.

But hours later the poster alerted fans that it had sold out again after they had rushed to buy it.

Home Bargains' website on Saturday showed that the decoration was out of stock.

The retailer has options for fans to register their interest and to be alerted once the solar light comes back in stock.

But fans of the light did manage to swoop in and buy one while it was still in stock.

One said: "Thanks so much been waiting for these for ages finally got some."

Another wrote: "Just ordered, thank you for letting us know they're in stock."

While a third posted: "Omg yes thank you for posting, just ordered 6."

The discount store shared the adorable accessory on Instagram, it received thousands of likes with shoppers racing to the checkout to get it.

However, you can still find the lamp in stores for just £4.99 so it’s best to visit your local branch to avoid missing out.

B&M is selling a similar item for £6, while The Range is selling a more intricate design for £14.99.

Meanwhile shoppers have been rushing to buy a different kind of solar light.

The flower and butterfly wall art were also posted to the Facebook group and are perfect for illuminating your outdoor space with enchanting elegance.

Posting a snap of a tulip-inspired solar hanging light and butterfly, she penned: "Got these from Home Bargains - the solar hanging light was £2.49 and the solar butterfly was £4.99."

A social media influencer has also revealed the £2.99 pots that she buys at Home Bargains.
