CHOCOHOLICS are racing to get their hands on a NEW Terry's Chocolate Orange flavour - and it 'tastes better than the original'.

The taste-bud tingling treat is flying off the shelves as eager fans nab them for just £1.50.

In a fresh new twist, the choccie giant has launched a mint version of their classic milk chocolate orange with popping candy.

The helpful info was popped into the Extreme Couponing and Bargain UK Facebook group.

"Found today in my local one stop shop £1.50 each and it tastes soo much better than the orange ones," posted the delighted shopper.

Fans hailed the sweet treat and couldn't wait to nab one before stocks ran out.

"I put mine in the fridge. Tastes even better cold," suggested one satisfied customer.

"Had one at Christmas, bl**dy lovely," wrote another impressed chocolate lover.

Someone else agreed and penned: "Now we’re talking."

"I’ve been looking for those and not had any luck yet," shared a disappointed customer desperate to try one.

"I want one," demanded another keen fan.

"I need one of those," echoed a second.

And, an excited fellow user wrote: "One for me to try."

The popping candy goodie usually retails anywhere upwards of £2.00 but can be as much as £3.49 in select stores.

Terry's also offer chocoholics a white chocolate version of their classic orange flavour, as well as milk chocolate minis.

For those who prefer something slightly more bitter, there is a dark chocolate treat too.

Although the iconic Terry's goodie is usually thought of as a Christmas time pleasure - at £1.50 they can be enjoyed all year round.

They could even be gifted this Easter season as one variety in the range comes with crushed mini eggs too.

  • Tesco has slashed the cost of 22 of its extra large Easter eggs including a number of Cadbury varieties.
  • Morrisons has also slashed the price of a number of its larger Cadbury Easter eggs to £3.50.
  • Ocado is running a two for £5 deal on a number of Cadbury varieties including Crunchie, Creme Egg and Twirl flavours.
