Shoppers are running to buy Aldi dupe of luxury Neom candle for £40 less and it comes with a hidden bonus feature
AN ALDI "dupe" of a luxury Neom candle has sent shoppers across the UK into a tizzy, priced £40 cheaper than its posh equivalent.
The candle comes with a hidden bonus feature that its users can't get enough of.
Facebook page Extreme Bargains UK shared the good news with its 41,000 followers along with a picture of a candle dripping wax onto the palm of a hand.
It stated: "Aldi Is Selling A Candle Which Can Also Be Used For Massages For Only £4.99."
The "dupe" closely resembles Neom's "real luxury sensitive skin treatment candle" which is priced online at £46.
Both are made of candle wax which can be melted down and drizzled over a person's body and used as massage oil.
The candle should be lit and the wax allowed some time to liquefy before the user can blow out the flame and pour the oil.
Neom's version of the candle is immensely popular and has received rave reviews from those who have tried it.
One person wrote online that it was "the perfect present", adding: "It smells absolutely gorgeous and feels even better on the skin".
This is not the first time Aldi has produced a candle similar to that already released by a luxury brand - for a fraction of the price.

A shopper recently revealed the supermarket was selling a candle with a very similar scent to that of Lush's popular Snow Fairy candle, which people say smells like candyfloss.
The TikTok creator said in a video: "POV you run to Aldi to find the Snow Fairy candle dupe.”
Lush’s Snow Fairy range has boomed in popularity over the years and the brand expanded its collection to include a candle scent.
Buying the will set you back £36, but the Aldi version is much more affordable at £4.99.
Aldi also released an XXL Christmas candle which some likened to one released by The White Company.
Measuring 23 x 23 x 12.5cm, the giant candle can burn for up to 200 hours and is said to “fill your room with gorgeous, relaxing scents”.
It has six wicks and “will instantly change the ambience in any room, whilst doubling up as a stunning table centrepiece”.
The best bit? It costs £24.99 instead of the £95 luxury version from The White Company.
If the smell of freshly-baked pastries is more your thing, Aldi's "dupe" of Overrose candles - which sells a range of candles inspired by pain au chocolat, croissants, and other pastries - might be up your alley.
Each of Overrose's candles come in a pastel pot and release a delicious aroma - although their £46 price tag may sour the taste.
One savvy shopper, TikTok user , spotted the "dupe" in Aldi and shared her find with her followers.
She said in a video: "Guys, I have found the best Overrose candle dupes.
