Cadbury launch NEW chocolate just in time for Easter & it’s a twist on a classic favourite
EASTER junkies will be able to snatch up a brand new treat this year - as Cadbury release a new spin on fan-favourite classic.
The new delight was posted online recently and fans of the beloved chocolate brand are divided on whether it will be a hit or miss.
The release was posted on Facebook group New Foods UK, a group where foodie Brits post about new snacks on the market - as well as returning fan-favourites and sales.
The post read: "New Cadbury White Chocolate Creme Egg Easter Egg spotted at Asda."
Cadbury first released the white chocolate creme egg in 2023, after being announced in November 2022 and it was the first innovation of the treat in five decades.
The creme egg featured the ever-favourite gooey centre but instead dipped in white chocolate instead of the brands staple milk chocolate coating.

When the snack was first released last year, it was so popular with chocolate-eaters that it was out of stock two days before Easter - leaving hungry fans missing their new favourite item on the gluttonous day.
The variation has now been supersized - ready for Easter 2024 - but foodies are divided on whether or not the treat is going to bang or go bust.
Commenting on the post, one user said: "I’m no the biggest fan of creme eggs but this could be a game changer."
While a second user said: "If I don’t get one of these this year I will cry."

And a third said: "This is the one that I want."
A fourth commenter tagged their partner and said: "If you really loved me you would go get me one of these before you go to work."
But not everyone was overly thrilled when looking at the new variation, with some saying they would rather stick to the original and others saying they don't like how small the eggs looks inside the box.
One user said: "They are disgustingly sweet, I would rather stick with the originals."
And a second said: "The egg is probably three times smaller than the box."
While a third said: "Not for me, Cadbury is not the same anymore."
Whatever the response is right now - and given the enormous popularity of the creme egg variation last year - it's expected to be a hit with fans across the country.
Cadbury have been busy over the last few months, with all sorts of releases landing in shops for their loyal customers.
