‘Thank you’, cry Burger King fans as chain reveals comeback of its ‘most requested product ever’
BURGER King fans have cried 'thank you' after the chain revealed the comeback of what is said to be its most requested product ever.
The fast food giant says there were even petitions started to bring back the fan-favourite burger.
In less than a week the Ultimate Bean Burger will be back on the menu, offering vegetarians another takeout option.
Fans are said to have been calling for it back since it disappeared off the menu.
The burger is made up of black beans, mushrooms, sweet red pepper, and green chilli, and covered with a crunchy tortilla chip crumb.
It's then topped with American cheese, crispy lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, and tangy tomato ketchup - which is all housed in a light brioche-style bun.

Plus, removing the cheese will make it vegan, too, Burger King say.
The chain said thousands of people signed a petition to bring back the vegetarian snack.
It said the burger quickly became the "UK's most requested product ever".
Fans begged for them to "bring the beanie back" adding they: "Loved the bean burger."

After the news it would return on January 3 hit social media, vege lovers were quick to share their excitement.
One simply wrote on Twitter/X, with excited emojis: "Thank you."
Another said: "Woah."
Katie Evans, from Burger King UK said: “It’s been amazing to see so much love for our Bean Burger, so we're beyond excited to finally be bringing it back to menus.
"We look forward to seeing old fans and soon-to-be fanatics tuck in and enjoy – all part of our commitment to go 50% meat-free by 2030.”
It comes after the fast food giant revealed it planned to open 30 new restaurants by the end of this year.
The fast-food giant kick started its expansion by opening five new sites in October.
The company said it had long-term plans to open 60 restaurants in total over the next two years.
In 2022 the restaurant chain opened 32 new Burger King UK-owned restaurants and also acquired 74 from its largest franchise partner, Karali Group.

It also upgraded 32 restaurants including Leicester Square flagship and said it would complete a further 10 by the end of 2023 - including Manchester Piccadilly and Thorpe Park.
The company announced a "resilient performance" and reported that total revenue was up by 39% in 2022.
