A WOMAN who won a dream £4.5million mansion for just £25 is now selling it to make a massive profit.
June Smith, 74, was shocked when she found out she had won the six bedroom, three storey home as part of the Omaze Million Pound prize draw.
The house on the waterfront near the Cornish town of Fowey appeared on property website Rightmove earlier this year.
And after three months, a sale for the stunning six-bed property is about to go through.
Advertised for sale with John Bray and Partners, the glass-fronted home will be sold subject to contract.
The Rightmove listing describes the abode as a "state-of-the-art waterfront home" which overlooks the picturesque Fowey Estuary.

There is also a separate annexe, with the home said to provide "luxury living of the highest standard".
All bedrooms boast an ensuite and there are two further bathrooms in the mammoth property.
The house has a home office, main sitting room with floor to ceiling glass, a state of the art kitchen and breakfast room and a stylish dining room downstairs.
There is even a yoga studio at one end of the garden.

Back in August 2023, June initially said she would keep the house "for a while" but was not sure of her long-term plan.
June had paid just £25 to enter an Omaze Million Pound raffle before scooping the stunning prize.
She previously revealed she wanted to sell the luxury pad and use the money to help her children and grandchildren "with the next chapter in their lives".

June told : "I wanted to enjoy at least one family holiday here before I put it on the market.
"We all came and stayed together and absolutely love the house and Cornwall - and my six grandchildren have certainly made the most of it.
"I knew winning this house would be life changing for all my family, and that's why I've decided to sell now, as I want to use the money to help all my children and grandchildren with the next chapter in their lives."
June, from Essex, sadly lost her husband of 43 years, Ron, last year when he suffered a heart attack aged 74.
But she said Ron would've absolutely loved the design of the house, calling it "a work of art".
It comes as the UK saw a family-of-three win a £3m home in Cornwall and a granny win a £3.5m home in the Cotswolds.
