Full list of 17 bank branches disappearing from towns for good within days – is yours one of them?
SEVENTEEN bank branches will close within days - impacting thousands of customers.
Halifax, Lloyds, NatWest and Barclays will all shut locations across the country starting from Monday.
Data from LINK, the UK's largest cash machine network, shows the first closures will hit West Yorkshire and West Sussex on September 26.
Lloyds will close it's Penny Hill Centre branch in Leeds, and Halifax will shutter its branch on South Road, Haywards Heath.
Four more branches will close on Tuesday in Southampton, Birmingham, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire.
And Thursday will see Halifax, Llloyds and NatWest cease trading at four branches across London, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and West Yorkshire.

Closures will continue through until Friday when Barclays will tie up its operations at three branches in Devon, London and Worcestershire.
In total, six NatWest, five Halifax, three Lloyds, and three Barclays branches will be closed - the full list of closures can be found below.
Data from LINK does not show any other UK retail bank impacted by closures next week.
Explaining why banks close, LINK said: "There is no hard and fast rule, as other factors matter too.
"But we are expecting the threshold for needing face to face services within or close to a community to be around a population size of more than 7,000 within 1 km of the centre, and more than 70 local retailers."
What you can do if your local branch closes
Many people still rely on the face-to-face contact that a trip to the local high street branch can offer.
And some of these closures will make it difficult for some people, particularly the elderly to access the services they need.
However, there are still a number of ways in which customers can access basic banking services once their local branch has closed.
If you have been left stuck by one of these closures you should be able to do most basic banking tasks at your local Post Office.
This will not apply if you need to apply for a loan or open a new bank account but they should be able to help you with basic banking.
Many banks also offer a mobile banking service where the bank brings a bus to your area where services that are usually available at your branch can be obtained.
If you contact your bank they will be able to tell you if they offer that service and when and where the bus will be.
Other banks use buildings such as village halls or libraries to offer mobile banking services.

If you are unsure how to access the services that your local branch used to offer it is best to give them a call and ask what options are available.
