Plusnet down updates —Thousands of users report major issues with internet service provider and website

PLUSNET is down for thousands of users as customers struggle to access internet services.

According to , over 20,000 users reported outages with the service at 9pm.

A majority of the issues are associated with the landline internet while 18 percent of users don't have a signal and 3 percent of customers can't access the website.

One user wrote on Downdetector: "We just lost Internet connection and we live in Bath, Somerset. The hub tells me all is well but clearly it is not. The light might be blue but we have no Internet connection."

Another added: "Down in Meon Valley Hampshire."

    Some 79% of the complaints relate to landline internet connections.
