A MAJOR bargain chain is opening several new stores TODAY - we reveal the full list of locations.
Poundland has opened four new stores in England this weekend with another set to open towards the end of September.
The retailer has already opened dozens of new stores in the first half of this year.
Now it will welcome shoppers to new branches in Cardiff, Pontefract, Dartmouth and Teignmouth.
As part of its latest UK-wide expansion phase, the new Cardiff store will be Poundland's "biggest" in Wales creating 24 jobs.
At around 20,000 sq ft, the store is located at Valegate Retail Park, Copthorne Way.

The popular pound shop will also open one of its biggest stores in West Yorkshire, creating 31 new jobs in Pontefract.
The company took over the 15,000 sq ft unit on Baileygate Retail Park which had previously been occupied by Poundstretcher.
Darren Kay, Poundland's director of retail, said: "We can't wait to open our doors in Pontefract, Cardiff, Dartmouth and Teignmouth and we know from talking to customers that shoppers are looking forward to the opening of our new store.
"We're working hard to make sure our new stores will be a cracking example of the breadth of what we can offer in a convenient location.

Here's the full list of Poundland shops opening this month, including dates and locations:
- Pontefract - opened September 9
- Cardiff - opened September 9
- Dartmouth - opened September 9
- Teignmouth - opened September 9
- Ryde - set to open September 23
A sixth store in Stafford was also meant to open on September 16, though this has been pushed back to mid-October.
Three new stores all opened shop last weekend (September 2). These were:
- Torquay - opened September 2
- Ipswich - opened September 2
- Selby - opened September 2
It comes at the same time that Poundland pulled the plug on several stores this year.
Just this week (September 5), its store in St. Helen's closed for good.
