I turned my side hustle into a full-time job that makes me £1k a day – I’ll be able to retire by 35
A UNIVERSITY graduate is raking in £1,000 a day with his side hustle and says he’ll be able to retire by the age of 35.
Jeevan Singh, 30, dreamed up his own business while studying more than a decade ago and says he's made more than £2.5million to date.
The London student knew he wanted to earn a living like his pals, but he still dreamed of sleeping in on the weekends.
So the then-18-year-old Googled “how to make money online” and stumbled across a teen four years his junior who was making £300 a week off an e-book.
Jeevan was inspired and wrote his own 20-page piece on the first thing he could think of - passing exams.
In the years that followed Jeevan kept adding onto the book - which guides students on how to pass GCSE maths in four weeks - and printed a hardback.

He says he's now raked in millions of pounds off what started as a side hustle.
The 30-year-old told The Sun Online: “I remember I was in my room at my university halls. I was living with my friend at the time.
“He had a weekend job and he told me I should get one too, as I would typically laze around on the weekends.
“But a job was never for me. I never liked to be told what to do so I researched on Google: ‘How to make money online’.”

It was then that he came across the youngster making £300 a week.
He recalled: “I was stunned and I thought, this kid is only 14. I’m 18 so I need to get a move on.”
Jeevan published his first e-book at the end of 2012 and says it’s only gone from strength to strength.
He now can work as little as four hours a day but makes about £1,000 profit as about 90 books are snapped up in that time.
The 30-year-old admits it's seasonal - with most students and their parents buying the books around exams - but it’s still enough for him to make a living off.
He said: “Right now, it is making on average £2,000 in sales and £1,000 profit per day.

“I choose to work full-time because I am always looking to improve my operation, help my students even more and grow the company further. But I can work part-time if I want to.
“In fact, on some days, I do only work 4-6 hours because I have systems in place.
“All I need to do is check the social media ads a few times a day. Other than that, a lot of it is run on autopilot.”
Jeevan added: “In the last 5 years, I’ve turned over approximately £2.5m.
“If you break that down per day, it’s safe to say it’s made me £1000 (as a minimum) in sales every day for the past 5 years.
“Or £30K per month, every month for the past 5 years.”
The e-book went from a 20-30 page pull together, to a 200-page ebook, to a physical book.

And Jeevan has no big plans for all his earnings - other than potentially an early retirement.
He said: “I'm quite a frugal person. I'm thinking more long-term so money has been saved up and looking to re-invest in other cash-generating vehicles soon so I can fully retire by 35.”
