I was a homeless teen who had been kicked out of college – now I drive a flashy Mercedes and run a Dubai business
A DAD-OF FOUR who was homeless and on benefits has transformed his life by starting his own business.
Tony Habib King, from Chorlton, Manchester, spearheads his own company, drives flashy cars and has a work office in luxurious Dubai.
But it's not all been glitz and glamour for Tony.
Booted out of college for poor attendance aged 16, the businessman met his future wife shortly after and was married two years later.
Tony said: “Education was never for me.
“I wanted to learn from others. People were experience.”

The couple moved out of of Tony's family home, and with his wife heavily pregnant, the two found themselves in a homeless hostel for two months - before moving into a flat in Cheetham Hill.
After a year on the dole, Tony's father landed his son a job in property aged 22 - where he worked his way up for the next decade.
Wanting to expand further, the dad-of-four got in touch with Zak Jennings - starting out as a manager for his friend's letting company.
Tony truly turned his luck around after he paired up with Jennings to launch his own £1million company in April 2022 - Gold Ace Real Estates.

The business operates out of Manchester and recently opened an office in the Middle East.
Tony said: “We’ve got estate agents here and in Dubai.
“We opened them at the same time. There are building going up there constantly. In one month, we made a profit. We have a six-person team and over there we’ve got 12.”
The business claims to operates in sales, lettings, managements, investments and off market deals which coincide in property cash buying - with the company reportedly worth around £1million.
After a difficult start to life as a young adult, Tony believes it was only a matter of time before he reached the dizzy heights.
He continued: “I’ve got a blacked out Mercedes“.
"I deserve where I am now. I was destined for it – but that’s only part of it.
“I know how successful I’m going to be and no one is really going to get in my way. The King became the ace.”
