Just hours left for Asda and Lidl shoppers to get £5 off with Martin Lewis tip – how to claim now

SHOPPERS have just hours left to get £5 off at Lidl and Asda thanks to a tip from Martin Lewis.

In the lastest MSE newsletter, the money saving expert said shoppers at Asda and Lidl could get £5 off their shop.

At Lidl, customers can get £5 off via its app.

But the voucher is only available to get and spend until tomorrow (February 28) so you'll need to be quick.

You'll need to download the app and spend a minimum of £25 on your Lidl shop first.

To get the voucher, hit 'more' on the Lidl app and then 'redeem code'.

Shoppers can then enter the code FEELGOOD and the voucher will be displayed shortly in the coupons section of the app.

You must then activate the voucher before scanning your Lidl Plus app at the till.

Meanwhile, new Asda shoppers can get a free £5 - and again, they only have until tomorrow to claim it.

Customers will need to download the supermarket’s app and scan the barcode in-store once they've created an account.

You have until tomorrow to complete your shop and you will get the money off.

People don’t have to spend a minimum amount either to get the deal.

To get the voucher, you'll need to head to the 'earn' tab and then 'missions'.

Select 'first scan bonus' and from there complete your first shop - just remember to scan the app at the checkout.

To redeem it, you can scan the voucher in store - it will appear as soon as you've earned it.

To use it online, you must make sure the email address is the same as on the Asda app and online.

The voucher will then automatically appear on your account.

However, unlike Lidl's voucher which will also need to be used by tomorrow, the Asda voucher will last for six months.
